I can see why women would want to be their husbands for a day. We would be able to see life from their perspective, like how to ignore your wife’s voice, which might come in hand the next day when we went back to our real selves. And it would be nice to take a shower and now have to spend 30 minutes doing our hair, instead just a quick towel off. And we could learn new things, like how to go to the bathroom standing up. Come on you know you were thinking it too.
I would say Glenn Beck
I would be the female Pharaoh Hatshepsut. For one day, I would be gorgeous and powerful, and live in a sunny climate.
I would say Kate Beckinsale. She is pretty and famous and well she gets to act with some rather hot guys.
Not long ago I over heard a conversation in a public place. An elderly gentleman had commented to a young man that he was going to visit his wife who was stricken with Alzheimer’s disease and was in a nursing home. The younger man asked his elder if the wife remembered him and the elder responded that she did not. The younger man inquired as to why, then, would the older gentleman would even bother? The older gentlemen relied, ” Because I remember her.” I would very much like to be that older gentleman for a day. He’s my hero.
