October 2011 tech updates

Hey, everybody!

Over the past few months, we’ve been reaching out to you, our awesome members, to think of ways to improve our program. One thing we’ve heard over and over is you have a hard time getting answers to your questions.

So, we put our heads together and came up with a tool to help you quickly, easily get info about payment, credit and tech issues: our new support wizard!

Benefits of the support wizard
Our new support wizard is designed to make it easier for you, our members to:

  • Contact us. Every page of our support wizard features contact info. Getting in touch has never been easier.
  • Get answers – quickly. Our support wizard is split into three sections: “payment or credit,” “tech” and “other.” Just choose a path and we’ll guide you to the answers and info you need.
  • Check your account status quickly. When you’re signed in to Vindale, our wizard will show you a short summary of your activity and account balance. So you know the exact status of your account as we see it.

Have suggestions?
We just launched our wizard and will be looking for ways to make it even better for you in the future. If you have suggestions to make it better, let us know! You can send your bright ideas to elizabeth@vindalemedia.com or post them in the comments. Thanks, guys!
