      i like cheesy ranch mashed potatoes….homemade…

        Slice ‘em thin with the skin.
        Do the same with sweet onions minus the skin.
        Pour a good bit of peanut oil in a frying pan on top of your stove.
        Use a tablespoon of butter for flavor and browning…by jove!
        Up the heat and wear your apron to stay nice and neat…
        Enjoy the sputters and wafting of smell so sweet.
        Watch to avoid burning…just keep on turning
        Maybe not so often; but these ‘tators should be soft ALMOST burning!
        Never leave the stove so you won’t be disappointed….put ‘em in a dish
        And with yummy ketchup they should be annointed.

      I like garlic cheesy mashed potatoes… with lots of cheese :)

      Quick baked in the microwave and then skinned, with butter, salt, and italian dressing topped with sour cream! ummmmmm!
