Last month, we had a huge response to our member experience survey. We got a lot of great responses, and noticed that many members asked some of the same questions. Here are the answers to those questions:
- Why is my credit still pending or taking so long to verify?
Many members send in support tickets about not getting credit for completing an evaluation, and most of the time it’s because they are only doing the survey portion. You must complete both the survey and evaluation to receive credit. If you have done both, and are still not receiving credit, submit a credit inquiry ticket and we will get you credited as soon as possible. You should usually see credit in your account within three days, however there are some surveys that may take longer as stated in the evaluation instructions.
- Why don’t I receive any more email from Vindale?
We have a zero-tolerance SPAM policy and will only send you email you have opted into. Be sure to check your email preferences in your account profile. You may also want to add ‘surveys@vindale.com’ to your email safe list. Finally, it’s important to log into your Vindale account regularly so we know you are still active. - Do you have surveys that don’t require a credit card?
Yes! We have a lot of surveys that do not require a credit card. If you see a survey you don’t like, you may skip it. It won’t influence your eligibility or notification for future surveys. - How do I get $5.00 for referring a friend?
We’ve made it very easy to refer friends and get paid $5.00 for each qualified referral. Visit the refer-a-friend page and make sure to read all the instructions and rules. Referring a friend is an easy way to increase earnings quickly. If you use Facebook or Twitter, use our “Share” buttons to quickly send out your referral link to all your friends and followers.

Sara, we’ll be unveiling a Facebook fan page soon, look for a link to it on the blog this summer.
I don’t see how you can really make any money doing this. Tell me, has any member yet made any real money? Please responed members.
I have done several of the online studies that are supposed to pay $1.50 each and completed them and have not gotten paid. They will not let me submit a claim ticket either. How do I get my money?
I’m trying to do surveys to get paid not buy anything or pay your company. You all should just give me the survey let me fill it out and then pay. You all make thing too complicated.
How can I get earn fast money reward mail ? Please let me know.
Thank you
Hi Mary. Have you read this post? http://blog.vindale.com/vindale-research/all-about-reward-mail-22
I joined ur prog last month, earned 65 bucks, requested payment yesterday, then why is not showing as payment requested? It always shows, you r due for payment. I don’t understand this confusion. Plz help”””””
Rashi, we’ve heard from a few folks that they haven’t received their payment. We’ve spotted the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. At the latest, you should see your payment credited to you by tomorrow morning. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any more questions, feel free to email me: elizabeth@vindalemedia.com.
Thanks, I got the payment.
Thanks for the feedback Rashi! And sorry again for any inconvenience.
Hi there, I’m here again! I’m doing ur 1.5 dollar studies daily, at least 3-4, and complete the whole process of i evaluation, but for the last 5 days, my credit is not adding up. why?
Hi Rashi, while a few studies credit right away, others can take up to five days to credit. If you wait for five days and your account has not been credited for the studies you’ve completed, please fill out a credit inquiry form. A support specialist will look at your account and respond to your within a few days. Hope this helps!
Oh, and here’s the link to the credit inquiry form: https://www.vindale.com/v/members/creditInquiry.jsp
Hi,
I just started doing all of this stuff. I’m not quite sure how (when I make enough money) I’m supose to transfure my money into an account? Should I have a paypal or do you send me a check?
Cindy L. THANKS
Cindy, you can paid by check (sent in the mail) or by PayPal. Once your verified account balance is $50 or more, you may request payment. To do so click the “Request payment” link at the bottom of your screen. Here it is if you can’t find it: http://www.vindale.com/v/members/payment.jsp. It will ask you how you’d like to be paid. Just follow the instructions.
To learn more about connecting a PayPal account to your Vindale account, and the pros and cons of doing so, check out our Payment FAQs: http://www.vindale.com/v/members/faq.jsp.
man its crazy i love this site its making a big differents
Hi, I have a query regarding paypal payment. My account details are showing, payment has been sent but I haven’t received any uptill now??What does this mean? Do I have to wait more?
Rashi, when you request a PayPal payment it may take up to 5 business days to fully process. If after 5 business days you don’t receive payment, you may submit a customer service ticket here: https://www.vindale.com/v/members/contact.jsp
I’ve been doing this for a couple of months now & it seems that the more surveys you do the more you get offered. I already have a payment on the way & over $10 towards the next one that I did in a couple of days. You have to stick with it & check back a couple of times a day, you have to be consistent & patient. I’ve had problems too, such as taking a 25 minute survey, clicking submit, & having the whole thing disappear on me! But I just go onto the next one. The surveys offered under “Your Studies” are the best! I’ve been taking a few of those a day & getting a $1.50 a pop The 1rst thing I do everyday is sign into Vindale & check out the surveys! You don’t have to wait for an EMail to take a survey just go to the website.Vindale Rocks!!
Thanks Elizabeth, for the prompt response, and I would like to share thoughts with Christine also. She wrote absolute facts. I agree…Vindale rocks!1
Christine and Rashi, thanks so much! We really appreciate you taking the time to ask questions and provide feedback. It helps us and your fellow members. : )
Hi i just started this thing. Can someone help me? How do i get surveys to come up? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks vindale i like it so far.
Hi, Anthony, we send out surveys as they become available. Just keep checking your account. In the meantime, you can also compete for small cash prizes on our:
* Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/Vindale
* Twitter feed: http://twitter.com/#!/vindale
* Blog. (Here, obviously!). We’re going to post new contests soon so stay tuned.
Hope this helps and thanks for joining!
Hi Elizabeth or anyone who can help,
Everytime I try to take a survey from my “Inbox”, I click on the survey or survey number…..and it says “no longer available” or whatever. How do I delete these surveys from my “Inbox” list…..so that I don’t keep going to the same ones repeatedly? It’s very time-consuming to write down the ones that no longer available. By the way, I also contacted Vindale on Nov. 4th asking the same questions, but have NOT received any feedback, solutions or comments from them as of yet. Why haven’t they answered my questions and concerns?
Mary, I’m really sorry you’ve had to wait so long to hear back! Please let me know how you tried to contact support so I can follow up with them and make sure there isn’t some sort of issue with our support lines.
So, about your question … instead of looking for new surveys in your inbox, you should look for them by clicking the “my surveys” link in the upper right hand of your screen (it appears when you’re signed in to your Vindale account). That’s the best place to find new opportunities. Hope this helps. Sorry again and thanks so much for your patience.
Elizabeth
Thank you so much Elizabeth for getting back to me. I went to the FAQ’s, and it said that if I still didn’t get my answer from the FAQ’s…..then I can send my question in an email to customer support. I clicked on that, and a form appeared for me to fill out and send my question. I know they received the question, because in my “Inbox” on my Vindale account…..this is how it shows up: (see below) I have not received any answer from them. Elizabeth, you mentioned in your reply to my question to you that I can let you know how I tried to contact support so that you can follo up with them and make sure there isn’t some sort of issue with your support lines. I would really appreciate if you could find out for me…..why Vindale never got back to me. There is another question that I had asked them also. It shows up in my “Inbox” as ticket number: VHUATM. Please let me know if you were able to find out anything. Thank you so much Elizabeth. By the way…..Elizabeth is my middle name!
Thanks again. Mary

Hello,
How do I delete or get rid of all of the surveys or evaluations on “My Surveys” list that I do NOT want to take? Everytime I go to “My Surveys”, I see the same surveys or evaluations that I do NOT want to take. Is there a way that I can delete these from the list? Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Mary [redacted]

Hi Mary (Elizabeth!) B.,
Okay, so, I forwarded your message to support. They’re going to check your tickets and let me know what happened … in the meantime, long story short, you can’t delete surveys from your “My Surveys” page. I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you. Unfortunately that’s just the way the system is built.
Thanks again for your patience and sorry again for the delay in response from support.
Elizabeth
Hello Elizabeth and anybody else out there who might be able to answer my questions:
When I go to the “My Studies” tab after I have logged on to Vindale…..and before I can take the study survey….they ask me if I’m female or male, my language, the state I live in, and so on…..and then right before the survey, they ask me to put my age in (there’s a box they display where I type in my age)…..and my age is 55. Once I put my age in, then a note pops up, saying “I’m sorry, but you do not qualify for this survey”. This happens ALL THE TIME. I have never been able to take one of these surveys because of my age. What is going on? Do they NOT want to hear or see opinions from senior citizens? We have opinions too, you know. I’m a pretty cool and hipped senior citizen….and I’m up on the latest technology and all…..so what gives? Are most of the surveys geared towards the younger generation?…..and if so….why?…and what does AGE have to do with it anyway? Can anyone help me to understand this? I would seriously appreciate it. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Mary
Hi Mary. Yes, I can see why that would be frustrating. We don’t control who qualifies for what surveys … that’s determined by the companies that ask us to review products and services. If you fit their target demographic you qualify, if you don’t fit their demographic, you don’t qualify. We get new surveys often enough. So, if you continue using Vindale, hopefully you’ll have better luck in the near future.
Someone mentioned a “Your Studies” Your Studies” section with surveys for $1.50 each. Where can I find this?
Christina, it sounds like you’re referring to the “My Studies” tab. To see yours:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click the “My surveys” link in the upper right hand part of your screen.
3. Click the “My Studies” tab.
You’ll see any available studies listed in this tab.
I do not see a “My Studies” tab next to “My Surveys”. Do you have to be registered for a certain period of time to have that tab?
Christina, we offer studies as they become available. So the longer you’re registered with us the better the chance that tab will appear for you.
Thanks! I’ll keep looking for it.
Thank YOU for the great questions, Christina. : )
Thanks Elizabeth…..sorry it’s taken me so long to log back on the last few days…..but thank you for the words of encouragement. I will not give up, and hopefully one day I will qualify for a survey. Thanks again. Really appreciate it. Also, I want to try out for the CASH contests. How do I know WHEN the COMMENT OF THE WEEK is the current one?….or know when it has expired…..and where do I type in my comment to participate in this contest? Mary~
Hi Elizabeth,
This is regarding the payment which was due on 15th, for 50 USD. I haven’t yet received the same in the paypal. I wrote to customer support also in the morning, but didn’t get any confirmation, so I’m writing it here. Can U please look into this matter.
Rashi, I forwarded your comment to customer support. When I hear back I’ll let you know the status of your ticket.
Rashi, support told me your ticket was successfully created about 4 hours ago. You should hear back within 2-5 business days. If you don’t, let me know.
Thanks, for ur help. With u being here for all of us, I’m sure, nothing can go wrong.
Thanks, Rashi! I’m sure things will go wrong now and again, as they always seem to in life. But when they do I’ll try to help set them right! : )
Thanks Elizabeth, your words are so appropriate and reassuring. Encourages, me to visit ur blog and website, again and again.
Thanks, Rashi!
Good evening… On Nov 12 I sent in a request to have my paypal account credited for $50 due to successful verified amount in my Vindale account. My paypal was not credited. On Nov. 19 I sent a support ticket that went unanswered about payment to my paypal account. I sent a second support ticket on Nov 23. Both times I did not get an e-mail confirmation. I double checked my profile to make sure my e-mail was correct. Questions… when can I expect an answer? When can I expect my paypal account to be credited? Should i expect e-mail confirmations of my support tickets? I am ready to submit for another payment to my paypal account effective the last day of this month but would like to clear up the last one first. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you…
Hi Steve. So sorry to hear you’ve been having issues. I suspect they may stem from a recent update to our payment system … regardless of the cause, we’ll get it straightened out. I contacted support about your account. I expect to hear back shortly. I’ll let you know as soon as I do.
Steve, I spoke with customer support and they said they’ll issue your payment later today or tonight. So sorry for the hassle and thank you for your patience. If you have any more questions or concerns let me know. Happy Thanksgiving!
Hi Elizibeth… thank you for looking into this. I appreciate your help and the update
You’re welcome, Steve! Glad I could help.
Hi, I have been taking several daily studies a day since December 6th, and have not been credited for a single one. On December 11th, I started a support ticket. It has now been a week since I started the ticket, and I haven’t received a reply. I saw that someone else had the same problem, but he never said how it was resolved. I really want that in my account because it would put me over the fifty dollars and the next payout is only 12 days away…..Someone please help.
Hi Angelica, could you please email your ticket number to elizabeth@vindale.com?
yes, will do
i tried to, and this is what i got :
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
elizabeth@vindale.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1
I’m sorry but this is sounding more and more like a scam. It is absolutely ridiculous that I complete 15 surveys and don’t get anything for any of them. And I get the same automated email for each ticket I start. Are you the only person that helps people? Can you do something for me please?
Hi, Angelica. Sorry for the delayed response … we took a break for the holidays. Please send your email to elizabeth@vindalemedia.com.
Hi Angelica. To help you, we’ll need the details of what happened. Please email them to elizabeth@vindalemedia.com.
Sorry for the harsh words, I was really frustrated. I sent an email.
No worries, Angelica!
Hi i have recently started and was doing well with my surveys but now every survey i get or apply to it says im not eligible, im in the UK so thought it may be to do with the time difference so i try all different times in the day but dont have any luck, c an you please help.
Hi Jodie! Sorry I don’t have an easy answer for you. We post surveys and offers as we get them from our partners. So their availability tends to vary. I hope you stick with it and hopefully start qualifying for more surveys soon. You can also participate in our cash contests on Twitter, Facebook and our blog to try to earn a little extra here and there.
I am a new user to this site and I have read these comments and I am kind of scared putting my time, and my time is precious to me is it worth it? some one please tell me can I make extra money at this or do I need to look else where? I would appreciate any feed back on this please. Thank You.
Hi,
I just shifted to a new address, updated my profile also, but page of my daily studies (7141) is not opening, and since many days, my reward mails are not being credited. I don’t understand why this is happening! Plz.. help..
Hi Elizabeth,
After clicking the My Studies Tab and completing my info, I’ve found that I’m unable to access any surveys. Could you please look into the case? I’ve tried on several computers and gotten nothing.
Hi Elizabeth,
I’m stuck, not able to redeem the earned amount. Every time, I try to do, an error message comes, and it has been 2 days now!
Can you please look into the matter?
why would a survey say that no vredit card is required and when I proceed onto the ventors site, they ask for a credit card to proceed with trial offer.
