Hi Elizabeth. I was wondering if you could help me. I sent the details to technical support about this, but I forgot to mention that I’m using a Galaxy S6 cell phone and don’t have a computer to use.
I’m having problems getting the updated pages on the blog and getting very old things on Twitter, and they didn’t have the reward code. I didn’t see a question for Tuesday 12-27-16. I also didn’t see the winners for Last Friday. Would you please give technical support a heads up about this? I’d really appreciate your help with this.☺
Sure, Karen, so sorry for the trouble you’re having. Have you tried refreshing your phone’s browser? What’s your referral link?
Hi. Yes I have tried refreshing my browser, uninstall/reinstall Chrome, tried another browser, signed in and out of the blog and Twitter, powered off my phone, and tried to view reward code excetera without signing in. I’ve just tried another browser and still can’t get any updated pages. But I did get a security warning when I came here through Disqus. I can send you a screenshot through email if you want me to. Or would you rather I posted it here?

Hi Elizabeth. Thanks for responding. I resent/ forwarded the email that I sent to support. It was in response to Elizabeth at Vindale support. I don’t know if that was you or different Elizabeth. But I put ATTN: Elizabeth in the subject line. The screenshots are included.
This happens at least once a month so I hope I can get an answer as to how to fix this. Everything about my account acted like I was a new member. And even said “welcome new member” at the top of my surveys page. I did everything I know how to fix this at my end to no avail. I also updated my account preferences, but I was wondering if Vindale needs to do that at their end. My name is back at the top of my surveys page. But I don’t know what happened for two or three weeks prior to that. I’m looking forward to your response to this. Thank you

Hi Elizabeth, I tried to set up account in PayPal, it is not accepting, please help me to get my payment. When I am selecting the State there are US states not Canada states. Without filling the state I can’t proceed to next step. Please help. Thanks.

Yes, that’s correct. If PayPal isn’t an option you may request via check in the mail.
Hi Elizabeth, I did not received my payment. As you said I opened the account in PayPal and requested payment via cheque several tomes. Until now no response. I also called customer service it was holding me but no one answered. So I just kept quiet. I don’t know what to do. Also I see my $50 in my account. Please help me. Thanks for your support.
